These Terms govern your use of the Tavelino mobile app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the App.

Food, allergen & dietary notice. Recipes and labels in Tavelino — including "vegetarian", "vegan", "dairy-free", "gluten-free", and "nut-free" — are generated automatically and provided on a best-effort basis. They may be incomplete or wrong. If you have a food allergy, dietary restriction, or medical condition, always read the full ingredient list and verify it yourself before cooking or eating. Tavelino is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

Using the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own, non-commercial cooking. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to break the law.

Anonymous use

Tavelino does not require an account. You are responsible for activity that occurs on your device.

Subscriptions

The App is free to use with ads. Optional paid subscriptions remove ads and unlock premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.

Recipe content & third parties

Recipes come from publicly available cooking websites and are shown with a link to the original source. We do not own that content, and the original authors retain their rights. The App also relies on third-party services (such as AI, hosting, and advertising providers) that have their own terms.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of recipe or ingredient information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tavelino will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from your reliance on recipes, ingredient identification, or dietary labels.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
